Can the price change?
No. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, whatever the traffic. Only a major change of address or time can affect it, and your chauffeur will tell you first.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 30 minutes online. For an early-morning departure, booking the day before is safest.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. No surcharge for a delayed flight. 30 minutes of waiting are included after actual landing, then €15 per 15 minutes started.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before pick-up, from your tracking page.
Do you cover other routes?
Yes: from the Yvelines to the airports at a fixed price, and elsewhere in the Paris region on quote.
How do I pay?
By card or cash on board. You receive an invoice after the ride.
